Luang Prabang
Located in the interior of the country, Luang Prabang is the second most important city in Laos. In 1995, UNESCO named the city the first World Heritage Site in Laos. Walking around the city and its night bazaar full of crafts and participate in the morning ritual of giving food to the local monks, is something you cannot miss.
Vientiane
The capital of Laos is located in the valley of the Mekong River. In the city there are interesting visits like the temple Pha That Luang or Wat Sisaket. From the monumental triumphal arch Patuxai, you can see the whole city.
Sur de Laos
In the area of southern Laos, in Champasak province, there are important places such as Wat Phou, a complex of ruined temples. In this area, there are beautiful islands of the Mekong, like Dong Khong, with fantastic sceneries. Boloven Plateau is an elevated region full of beautiful waterfalls like Tad Lo, situated 58 kilometers from Pakse.
